Tsarnaev still owes the Commonwealth of Massachusetts many votes for Elizabeth Warren and equivalent. He will not be escorted from the planet until his duty as a Commonwealth voter is completed.

McVeigh waived all of his optional appeals (in death penalty cases some appeals are automatic), which sped the process along nicely, but also abnormally.

Heard it on the radio. It was to be expected. What made the jury decide for the death penelty was the horrible suffering and death of the 8-year-old child.

I’m opposed to him being in solitary confinement. General population might provide better justice for his victims.

Otherwise, he will languish in prison, become popular with the mentally ill females who find him sexy, and write a book about how he is on the lookout for the real bombers.
