There are numerous reports from Ramadi, Iraq that US troops have fled from the nearby Habbiniyya Base east of the city.
The Ramadi city center was taken by ISIS today.

If other tweets are to be believed, something near 100,000 Ramadi residents have fled, and are on the road to Baghdad tonight.
Numerous Tweets also say that the Iraqi Gov troops have launched a counter-attack.
