The entire GOP voted for Cloture while the frauds like Sessions and Paul and Cruz spit out lies that they are against it but quietly vote for cloture which is the key vote that matters.

These Phony conservatives in name only voted to Kill the constitutional and the treaty Law that requires treaties to get 66 votes and switch in to a simple majority needed. So ,someone needs to ask Cruz, Sessions, Paul why did you vote to kill the 66 vote rule
