There’s ONE easy AND Constitutional solution: dismantle the (illegal) Welfare State.

Stop the (illegal) Takings and return the functions to the family/relatives/community/churches/charities/etc.

Let those entities, whom personally finance or are GIFTED the funds, determine the need and level of said benefits.

Charity does not come from robbing from the producers, at the point of a gun (while also violating numerous Amendments, if not the spirit of our founding), and giving to those whom will turn around and vote for those that keep their gravy-train running.
