On "The O'Reilly Factor," Bill O'Reilly said that African Americans have not fared particularly well under President Obama.
O'Reilly noted that the U.S. census found that the poverty rate for black Americans was 24.7 percent in 2008, then 27.2 percent in 2013. In January 2009, the black labor participation rate was 63.2 percent, then down to 61.0 percent in March 2015.
Connie Rice and Dr. Alveda King joined O'Reilly on "The Factor" to weigh in on why things appear to be going backwards for African Americans under the Obama administration.
Rice asserted that it's for the same reason that things have gone backwards under any other president.
"You can blame Obama for a lot for things, for not focusing on poverty, for example," Rice said. "But you'd also have to blame Reagan and Clinton for the mass incarceration strategy under that kind of analysis."

Short answer: Marxism is, and always has been, a massive and destructive failure.
Obama is all about more government, more bureaucracy, more politics, more debt.
These things always hit the lowest classes hardest, regardless of the propaganda socialists spew. Its not rocket science.
African Americans are doing worse because the Democrats have been in power for seven years and the key to Democrat power is keeping African Americans (and other minority groups) poor, dependent, angry and resentful. It’s what they do. It’s who they are.
Because the commie left is DELIBERATELY making conditions worse for them in order to build up anger, resentment and frustration with the current system. ie, blame it all on Capitalism.
I mentioned this in another thread earlier, but here is somebody who grew up in very wealthy and privileged surroundings in Honolulu, because his white mother was a university professor and her parents in turn were a bank vice president and proprietor of one of the better furniture stores in the area.
While not trying to stereotype here, but given the above, what sort of credibility concerning class and race issues did he bring to the table to begin with? Absolutely zilcho, except that the media were so full of the idea of inventing him based on those things.

The reason the national violent crime rate dipped in the last twenty years is because they started keeping violent criminals (many of whom are black) in the slammer longer. The ugly truth is more pressure should be put on The Black Underclass by the appropriate authorities.

Does it occur to you that the reason their is massive incarceration of blacks is that they are caught committing crimes?
And you know the real irony is is that when ones like Clarence Thomas and Herman Cain, who personified the rise out of very humble origins based on content of character and not the colour of skin, first came into the national spotlight, what did the establishment press do? Tried to tear them down with patently false allegations of sexual harassment and/or misconduct. As if encountering the real thing was foreign to them, especially when ones like Thomas or Cain were conservatives and Republicans.
