Whoa. 60 to zero in only one post. Good job! I hope you didn’t bloody your nose on the windshield with such a sudden stop.
But hey, I’m a generous sort, and I can admit a potential wrong guess. Maybe you’re not first year law. Although some of your claims on the nonexistence of case law point that way.
No, maybe you just sweep out the law office, and dump the trash. I might have OVER estimated your credentials. Sorry about that.
Insult, insult, insult. *yawn*
If folks would actually READ the Maryland statute on Second Degree Murder (with a depraved heart...or some such), they would likely not be so put off by that charge...and when it's shown, if it's shown, they took this guy on the "nickle ride"...they might agree with the charge.
The DA undermined the case by not taking her time.
But it LOOKS like the cops killed this guy.
I think they’re going to find he swallowed the Heroin he was selling to get rid of the evidence.
You know if the black community wants to make issues of police brutality, racism etc. they sure do a very bad work at picking persons to make issue about!
Most people breaking the law such as a ticket for driving without registration...one time offense...They don’t lash out, cry racism, blame the system...... They get caught they pay the ticket.... ..Cop did his job. It’s that simple...
Freddie didn’t believe he needed to abide by the law...rather seeing how often he could ignore it.
I’ve seen video of the van. It’s practically impossible to stand up in it. At best, you’d have to bend your knees and bend your neck.
Paragraphs 3 & 5 contradict each other:
“...he was separated from Gray by a solid steel partition.”
“... Freddie Gray was already in his section of the vehicle.”
Allen was seen exchanging something with Gray in a drug sales area which is why they were chased. Gray got caught, allen got away and was picked up later for stealing.
The other guy in the van with Gray was picked on a domestic abuse related charge and hasn't been identified.
What about the man who just died in Mexico from falling off a treadmill and smashed his head and died if one can believe that then why not the other.
Don't forget that Harry Reid had the $h!t kicked out of him by a treadmill. $h!t happens.
IMO, that is totally uncalled for behavior on the cop's part. If you need to pin them, then put a knee in their back or butt, or sit on them. They need to remember, that regardless of what the perp did, that person on the ground is still a human being.
