How about for getting government contracts?

Can I claim to be a small disadvantaged business (based on sex or race) because I say so, or do I have to actually be that?

the U.S. immigration system doesn’t have a way to process these documents.

Tell the applicants to go home and look between their legs. If they have an "outie," they're a male. If they have an "innie," they're a female. If they have neither, they're a congressional Republican.

An “it” should be able to use a simple customs declaration form.

I would like to ask the liberals, is this a problem? If so why is it a problem that we don’t have a process to handle passports for trans whatever people??? How about we tell the trans whatever’s that they need to declare a sex, based on what they have going on down there??? Why can’t we do that???why is it apparently unacceptable to liberals to do that, then this alleged problem goes away???

“the U.S. immigration system doesn’t have a way to process these documents”

That works! Don’t process them, don’t let them in. No problem
