State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby rushed the charges. Her incompetence was exposed here on day one.

Who runs every dept in Baltimore again?

Hey at least they didn’t go drain a lake? Or run her down with their car? (Dr. Steven Hatfill reference)

So she mis-wrote? If the mayor can mis-speak, the state's attorney can mis-write. In the end, we get a mis-trial and mass-riots.
They gits paid all the same.

She should sue Mosby, for character defamation.

The mayor and the state’s attorney can’t read cursive?

Post time for the Friday night riots was fast approaching, so our esteemed prosecutor had to apply a good bit of giddy-up.
The waterfront bar and restaurant owners had surely put her on notice that weekend riots would be bad for busines - and would cut into their campaign contributions.
To: ROCKLOBSTER
She’d have to sue the State of Maryland, and Mosby as the State Attorney since the offenses against her were committed while Mosby was performing her job. I’d also sue for endangering her life since she had been misidentified, causing mental stress, pain and suffering.

Mosby is way over her head, plus has conflict of interest. How did somebody as dumb get the position?
