State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby said Friday she has probable cause to file criminal charges in the much publicized death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray who died while in police custody.

Six officers, including a lieutenant and a sergeant, have been suspended after the incident. Gray suffered a spinal injury and died after riding in a police transport van that made several stops.

On Thursday, Baltimore’s police officials said they turned over their initial report to prosecutors — a day earlier than expected.

You try them all and one or two of them might decide to tell the truth instead of going to the slammer. That's the best chance of getting the truth....

Yesterday you said such deals where you drop charges in exchange for testimony are not to be believed.

Roll tape....

"I'm not ready to buy this. A prisoner says he heard him banging the wall. What could they possibly promise this prisoner for this little bit of testimony."

That's stunning hypocrisy.

Where and what is the evidence of any wrong doing? Not saying that something didn’t happen, it’s obvious something bad happened. But how is it ever going to be proved what it was, who caused his death, etc. I just don’t see how this goes to trial with what I’ve heard and seen so far.

Agree, some people would rather convict instead of waiting for facts, or even some will use this for an agenda to convict.

There are millions of left wing scum out there chanting no justice no peace and you are right there are a couple who troll on here wanting the same due to their ignorance.

..... Unfortunately there way too many occasions where the officers had opportunities to secure and restrain the perp in the proper manner. A prosecutor could make the argument that the action was made willfully and led to his death. Thus the Negligent Homicide charge.

If the prosecutors seek a higher form of homicide .... then good luck .... 1st and 2nd Degree are much more difficult to prove!!

.... There are rumors that 2nd Degree may be the charge filed in which case they will have to prove that malice and aforethought were present.

You are exactly right. And how do they ever get a fair trial within 500 miles of Baltimore?

The police and prosecutors are no better than the criminals they deal with. They are all criminals.

“”3. It would take a lot of force to fracture 3 vertebrae, and a collision at a decent speed.””

Nope.

I have 2 family members that did exactly this in a slip and fall accident, no vehicle involved, just a fall from standing height. One resulted in death.

The human body is far more frail than most realize.

wow.. that picture captures her attitude I was remarking on perfectly.

Imagine a policeman striking the same pose. He would be called a jack booted thug by some here. Yet they defend this prosecutor of police and her attitude as it being part of her job.

No justice no peace, .

We don’t have a justice system anymore, we have a witch hunt which is being led by Sharpton, the Mayor and Grays lawyer was a big donor to this hack of a prosecutor .

This is open season on whites and cops now and we have the handful of usual suspects who stayed silent during the riots are now back again popping up convicting without knowing all the facts due to their left wing anarchist heir agenda.

The cops said it was a 'switchblade' those are illegal in Baltimore.

I'm only going on what the cops have said it was.

facts like she received a lot of money of Grays lawyer as a contribution or the Mayor next to Sharpton stating there will be justice for Gray and no justice no peace.

You mean those facts and you want to wish her luck.

He recanted probably due to the AG saying they will drop his charges.

Why not an independent investigation instead of this witch hunt run by the rioting mob.

The reality is that, in the nation we live in now, “peace” will be enforced without the “justice”.
