"My understanding is that the -- that the individuals who are participating in the exercise won't be traveling incognito, that they'll be wearing arm bands," White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters.

A little jade helm in the morning is nothing to worry about. They'll easily be spotted by the bright pink arm bands they'll be wearing. Well, except when they're NOT wearing them.

None of the Special Forces will be wearing tin foil hats, that’s will be the easiest way to recognize from the local inhabitants.

They'll practice storming bakeries and flower shops, especially in Conservative Christian areas.

Armbands or other readily apparent identification are always being used in quick tactical environments, especially in MOUT operations. Desert Storm 1990s, every vehicle had orange tarp. Not very camouflaged IMHO. Ukraine street assaults show different colored armbands everyday in certain units.

Arm bands were required by all neighborhood air raid wardens throughout the U.S.

Ok, I am not wearing a tin foil hat, but why are these exercises being done in states with high gun ownership rates?

Ifrom hat has been discussed here, I missed it.
