While the FBI investigates a possible ISIS terror attack on the basis of intercepted chatter and intelligence information, the TSA issued a classified warning that ISIS is planning an attack on U.S. soil.
Little is known about the nature of the attack other than its imminence, which has prompted the TSA to deploy its new Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response teams, or VIPR, to various undisclosed locations. The VIPR teams include airports, train stations and other busy transportation hubs.
One law enforcement source suggested parts of California were of special concern.

Surrender in the Middle East (wars that we had won), let the terror threat grow and throw open our borders. What could possibly go wrong?
The reality is that Isis represents the latest and possibly most successful “business” model. They have crowd sourced terror. The terrorists may never have contact with anybody else and will likely be off anybody’s radar. It’s the religion that has them trained, not necessarily an actual old-fashioned training camp. So, the attacker can be almost anybody, including a disenchanted Caucasian who feels empowered and has recently converted. (An old-fashioned active killer, but with a new and improved script.)

You forgot to add “let illegal protests go unchecked”. If ISIS were imbedded in them, authorities would allow the terrorist attack to occur. (slight exaggeration)
There are too many other possibilities, other than a direct and “face-on” attack which would be handled by guns. Even some direct and face-to-face attacks couldn’t be handled by guns ... for example, a suicide bomber who explodes himself undetected beforehand. Or a suicide bomber who lets people know a few seconds or even minutes before and has a dead-man trigger.
Prevent, warn not. Or go home.
Ok, seriously, why not tell the public? We are the ones going to die if ISIS blows something up. “Some part of California.” Well, don’t f’in ruin the surprise, so just don’t tell us where!!! We pay you idiots -— tell us the plans. I don’t care if they don’t get caught, I just don’t want my kids to be blown up. This is OUR country.
The bleeping President last night dared say (paraphrasing except for the M word) “people keep getting onto MY lawn.” IT ISNT YOUR LAWN. NOR WAS IT ANY OTHER PRESIDENT’S lawn. This whole thing belongs to the people. If you don’t respect that, you don’t deserve the office.
This is a sick ploy. They simply tell us nothing. If they don’t have more that that, they should shut up. The reason they do it is to cover their A$$e$ if anything does happen. It is an evil motive and should be stopped until they explain what the “chatter” is saying. We can then take proper reactions and precautions especially for our children. This calls for an armed populace to protect our lives, property and children. I guarantee you that Home Land Security gestapo won’t be around.They will stacking ammo in a warehouse.
I’m pretty sure we were arming and training ISIS in Syria too.
In this country public transportation would be the last method on ingress for an attack. As usual, our government agencies that supposedly protect us are operating without brains.
