Statue of Liberty being evacuated

The Statue of Liberty and Liberty Island were both been evacuated Friday afternoon as a precaution amid security concerns, the National Parks Service said. The evacuation of the monument began shortly before 1 p.m., parks officials say. A security sweep of Liberty Island is being done.

I will never again be able to read National Park Service without visualizing Obama’s SS pushing around veterans. They are no different than Muslim terrorists themselves as far as I’m concerned. I would hope that one of President Cruz's first actions would be to haul Jonathan Jarvis' fat ass into the Oval Office and make him explain to the nation why he thought it was such a great idea to order the erection of Barrycades in front of 90-year old WW II veterans. Then when the blubbering moron starts talking about "just following orders", Cruz can say "Fine. Here's your next order: as penance for your actions, sign over your entire government pension to the Word War II Foundation. Since you don't seem to have any compunction about 'just following orders', you shouldn't have any trouble obeying that one - should you?"

Be very afraid, because they might claim we need another Patriot Act 2 so that every aspect of our private lives including in-home, in car mics and cameras are up for toal surveillance and review. Many of the same Harvard policy makers who failed to defend our rights, from illegal visa overstays, and our borders on 9-11 are making these decisions to take freedom from Americans.

If you are not watching Person of Interest, CSI Cyber, and a few other detective shows you are missing how serious this issue is now, and how much you are being tracked.
