Suing for what? The kid was a criminal who attacked a police officer and died in commission of that action. So you did a lousy job and raised a bad kid and it caught up with you. What do you do after that? Sue someone.........
I hope he counter-sues for everything THEY have.
They have no basis for a lawsuit.
