The Obama administration snuck in two new climate change-related programs when it rolled out a major new study on the nation's challenged energy system.
The first installment of a major four-part energy analysis, dubbed the Quadrennial Energy Review, was issued Tuesday morning after several months of persistent delays. Included with the 350-page review, which focused on the nation's energy infrastructure hurdles, were two new executive actions: one addressing climate change resilience, and another for clean energy improvements in rural America.
The administration hinted that the new initiatives may be part of a speech the president plans to deliver Wednesday in Florida on climate change.
The Energy Department will lead a climate change resilience partnership with a mix of the largest municipal, investor-owned and rural cooperative utilities in the country to address the energy problems caused by global warming.

I’ve investigated professional conmen for over 20 years. I’ll tell you why - its always about the Benjamins and when you can make the laws, regulations, and enforce them while publishing professional grade propaganda on social media to fool the weaker minded of society to get them to back and vote for you are going to get extremely wealthy. The Climate Change Con Game is going to allow them to milk the public coffers for decades unless the left wises up or the real benefactors are exposed for who and what they really are.

My neighbor, a TRUE Liberal, was someone I could almost endure on a superficial level until she started that crap... to this day, I react to all she says and does just as if I was dealing with a child... because in MY estimation, she has made herself completely insignificant and irrelevant.

I think its simpler than that. I’ve interviewed thousands of people over the years and I’ve come to the conclusion that there are some very gullible, naive, and just plain stupid people who want others to be the responsible people so they can have fun and platy because they are simply lazy by nature.
It is both physical AND intellectual laziness.
I am sure that whole families, for generations, have habituated themselves to indolence and dependence on the government.
In the recent decades, this group has become not only lazy but VERY demanding and surly.
In ‘Revolt of the Masses’, Ortega y Gasset called them the ‘mass man’, and described them most accurately.
What is worse, there is no longer the least stigma associated with living on the dole.
The global warming hoax, when the planet is heading into at least a Maunder Minimum or Dalton Epoch cooling cycle, will get at least tens of millions killed (see Global cooling w/ John L. Casey #234).

Congress. Don't you remember? In Dec they approved the 2015 budget for everything(including EPA), except they held back the DHS budget money which they would use to twist Obama's arm on the illegals. They didn't twist very hard and folded pretty quick.
That's for 2015. They have already held House Budget Committee hearings(in Feb) on EPA's 2016 budget request. I can give you a link to the 3 hour hearing where Gina McCarthy is present.
The GOP members are giving her hell because she is asking for $475 million more next year than this year. They are giving her hell about the Clean Power Plan and point out that Laurence Tribe, who was Obama's law school professor, testified that CPP was unconstitutional

And even worse we are called bigots if we call them what they are (parasites) if extended as a lifestyle rather than a temperary siruation. They get the last laugh because they stick us with the bill while insulting and calling us “domestic terrorists”. There is a day coming when the feds have taxed small businesses out of existence and the tax base becomes significantly depleted due to the left’s hatred of captalism. When that day comes and there are no funds to rob to feed, house, or give them “free” healthcare, a tsunami of epic proportions will descend on the land and those that promised free stuff will be attacked and killed by the vultures. I’ll make sure I keep some popcorn and cokes habndy as I watch the show...
