New York Judge Rules Buses Must Carry ‘Killing Jews’ Ad

A US judge has ruled that New York City must allow its buses to display a controversial ad exposing Islamist anti-Semitism.

The ad in question—sponsored by the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI)—portrays a masked Hamas terrorist next to a quote from Hamas’s official MTV TV station declaring that: “Killing Jews is worship that brings us close to Allah.”

The ad then asks: “That’s his jihad, what’s yours?”

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) had refused to run the ads, which had been scheduled to run for a full month, claiming it feared they could incite “violence and terrorism”. That decision prompted an appeal by the AFDI, whose lawyer David Yerushalmi ridiculed the suggestion the ads would incite terrorism. …

Now we will get to see if anti Semitism or anti jihadism is stronger. I pray the second one is. This country needs to wake up to our real threat.

‘Wake up’ in your context refers to the real enemy. Ain’t gonna happen.

‘Wake up’ needs to refer to those that already know it, acting on those that continue the decisions & actions that are destroying this country.

I hope you just forgot your sarc tag there. When the terrorists own the bus they can print this garbage on it. They don't have the right to put an message that encourages terrorism on a bus they don't own. If they have a right to put this on a bus then every decent America has a right to cover it up with spray paint. A primer black bus attract more rednecks to public transportation.

There is no difference in despicableness of each and that they equal ‘saying fire in a crowded theater is not free speech’ Or one calling for the assassination of the president —Whoops that is already ok if it is GW Bush.

I had thought there was a vile Anti-Jewish add being approved for public display and that was not correct.

I do agree with displaying the Islamic hatred for Jews, and what that has and continues to result in.

You apparently didn’t bother to read the article...This is part of Pam Gellar’s bus ad campaign. It speaks out AGAINST the true nature if islam and its followers.

You also have a very skewed view of the first amendment...
