The Republican party will struggle to win the White House in 2016 if it relies only on the support of socially conservative voters....

Since when did the party only rely on socially conservative voters? Romney wasn't a conservative and pushed away the conservatives. Maybe if they relied on social cons a little more they wouldn't struggle so much.

Wash your hands, Marco. You have children to think about.

Free-market believers recognize and pursue their own enlightened self-interest, which, somewhat fortuitously, generates wealth and Freedom for all.

My question to those fiscal conservatives of homosexual orientation would be what they think about the Judeo-Christian moral concept of monogamous heterosexual marriage which is the primary bulwark of Western Civilization and general civil order.

They may not flaunt their conduct like the gay activists, but do they engage in that conduct, which I and many others regard as intrinsically disordered? Or do they practice chastity, which is no more than the conduct expected of any unmarried person?

Unlike Gov. Jindal and Sen. Rubio, Sen. Cruz’s mother is an American citizen from birth and old enough to confer citizenship, right?

No. Rubio is threading the needle between social conservatism, and fiscal conservatism. At this point in history, fiscal conservatism is my main concern. I vote to save my country from the far more serious issue of spending without limits. In my opinion, Gays will have to deal with thier maker. A point that many of them struggle with from puberty until death. While I may be indifferent to this, I am concerned about our conduct with money. Rubio has a firm grip on this problem. Gay business leaders know this too. And, while they may despise social conservatives, they do understand business and the free market economy. Let them help where they can. Liberal policies are BS, and a lot of people know this and will join us. Pray for them socially, but embrace them fiscally. They are legion when you wrap in the minority and female vote. This (Rubio) is a man who can get us there. The time for redemption is after power has been acheived. This is not RINO politics. It’s practical politics. I know, I know, I’m a Rino too. Zot me now.
