He never perceived a threat.

How can you say such a thing? These officers were confronted by an unsupervised female (where was her husband?) who was pointing a metallic object in their direction and speaking in a very provocative tone.

Some of the women in this country are completely out of control. And, I guess it's our own damned fault for tolerating this kind of nonsense for so long.

But, like I said, I'm personally glad that these officers didn't shoot her. So, I think that we agree about the important part of this.

That’s the gayest analysis ive ever read. I can say he did not see a threat because he was angry. I saw what he did with the phone and then walked away clearly showing he was only interested in stopping filming. If he thought is was a weapon and a threat, he did not aim and issue a challenge.
Last,, the other two officers about 5 feet away looked at her once or twice and ignored her completely.

That’s when the Fed who must be appeased strode over from much further away and smacked down the fed who was not respectful enough and showing enough fear.

He looked like a Nazi.

I only allow my wife out of the house unsupervised when she has to mow the lawn.

"Some of the women in this country are completely out of control"

Wow - what prehistoric era are you from? Saudi Arabia, maybe? Nobody "controls women" anymore than anyone controls anyone else. The lady recording the police activities was within her rights as an American citizen, as supported by all the latest court findings.

The LEO involved was in violation of law by taking and destroying her property.

It's nice to think that you believe that this sort of behavior is acceptable under our Constitution - makes you kind of miss the Nazis, doesn't it?
