MORRIS: OBAMA SNEAKING IN ‘UNRESTRICTED IMMIGRATION’ IN TPA TRADE DEAL
Breitbart ^ | 4/20/2015 | Pam Key

Posted on 04/20/2015 3:59:22 PM PDT by Velveeta

Monday on Newmax TV’s “America’s Forum,” political commentator Dick Morris said the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPA) fast track being supported by many Republicans has a provision that allows for the “free flow of workers” between countries, essentially creating a backdoor to “unrestricted immigration.” Morris said, “This is huge. I hope everybody listening takes action call your senator about it. If he is a Republican he is voting wrong.

snip

It means literally that congress would not have the authority to restrict immigration because a treaty supersedes a statute under our constitution.”

That sounds about right.

Open Borders for 1.3 billion Chinese “workers”.

Buy a Little Red Book now, avoid the compulsory rush.

To my knowledge, TPA is not a treaty.

a provision that allows for the “free flow of workers” between countries, essentially creating a backdoor to “unrestricted immigration.”>

Lots of people like to fancy themselves as favoring free markets, open markets, etc. By any rational definition of the term "free markets", there should be a free flow of workers just as there is a free flow of capital and goods.

Sometimes when we just can't see how somone could support open borders and no restrictions on the flow of workers, it might well be that they are true free marketers, including the free flow of workers.

Globalists are true free marketers. I'm not, nor is anyone else who thinks there should be controls on who and how many can enter the US.

People should really think it all the way through when they claim to be for free markets and free trade.

It means literally that congress would not have the authority to restrict immigration because a treaty supersedes a statute under our constitution.”

But since the TPA does not require 2/3 of the Senate for approval it is not a treaty.

....” allows for the “free flow of workers” between countries, essentially creating a backdoor to “unrestricted immigration”....

No surprise there...that has been the Global Agenda for this side of the ocean between Canada..US..Mexico and S. America.

It's also "Forced migration" caused by conflicts.

I get irritated that NEWS Pundits get the stage for something we knew all along! As if we didn't know. Kinda makes me irritated that some of us here have been warning that this is why the border will NOT be closed or monitored more than for the “ease” for flow for these “employees” to travel.

That is why you will also see our Presidential Candidates "lean" toward anything that might be misconstrued as open borders without actually agreeing with amnesty etc. They have no choice....we will become ONE trading block here and nobody is going to stop that.

Then you'll see wages drop for the influx....Liberals see that as "fair" that everyone has a chance to earn a living....but it's really about major companies keeping their costs down so they can continue to enlarge their companies....under the idea they are building other countries infrastructures... Round and round we go...and we pay for it all!

I'm NOT a Globalist but I do make a point to see what they're up to. Once you do that you understand the entire "system" among nations and their leaders operates and makes decisions based on the Global Agenda. They are ALL on board. It's simply a matter of getting the best deals for thier county.

Yet our supposedly “conservative” House could defund these operations. But they won’t. They’re all in it together.

....”People should really think it all the way through when they claim to be for free markets and free trade”....

Take a look at what's happening in S. Africa as the Black African Nationals are fighting other foreign blacks coming to their country and opening even small businesses, let alone large corporations. They're in the streets with machetes kicking them out!!

The companies claim it will better their lives with jobs....but the people do not have the basic skills nor aptitude to even be trained in them so the companies have to bring in foreign workers....which creates tinder box's.

The same will happen here in the US as Mexicans and Latinos take many of the jobs blacks once had...etc.etc. all the way to the top. And top executives find foreigners cost less will be taking their's as well. ..."South African authorities have struggled to contain mobs in the economic capital Johannesburg and Durban who have been """hunting down foreigners"""""......
