US Navy Confirms Aircraft Carrier, Warships To Intercept Iranian Weapons Shipments In Yemeni Waters

The 'proxy' war is escalating very rapidly. As AP reports, Navy officials confirm that the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt is headed to Yemeni waters to intercept an Iranian weapons shipments. Just as we warned 10 days ago, the probability of a major escalation over the latest proxy Middle Eastern civil war escalated substantially when Iran parked two warships off the Yemeni coast.

Zerohedge is fine, as long as you look at their sources, and verify that the underlying article says the same thing as the Zerohedge blurb. As with many blogs with multiple writers, the opinion pieces range from highly insightful, to the bizarre. The blanket “don’t believe Zerohedge” is as intellectually lazy as “believe everything they say”.

I was in favor of letting Egypt and Saudi Arabia duke this one out with the Iranian proxies, but it really looks like they may need some help. Too much Iran equipment could tip the balance. Very risky though; said, “Oh, shxx” when I saw this.” And I’m usually a lady. ;-)
