The OP believes the person was born gay because the subject told him that he was gay. There was no data to support the belief outside of the opinion of the subject. IOW it is a “belief” not a fact. If the subject suddenly decides they are not gay, the “belief” changes.
Facts don’t change.
You cannot look at a baby and determine whether it is gay or straight so you cannot reach the conclusion it was “born gay” based on someone’s statement 20 years later.
Dumbass Rubio needs to watch this. Everyone of these people had a same-sex attraction. Everyone of these people knew it was not the way God intended people to be. They were rescued from a life of sin and misery. Praise God!
There is no scientific evidence backing up his opinion that orientation is innate - and all information regarding those that switch teams identifies the lie in his opinion.
However, it is not just orientation, folks. There is a definite choice to engage in activities. It is THAT decision that causes the issues.
