This I believe: Created in G-d's image (homosexual Jesuit priest)

In a five-part series released the week of March 16th from the National Catholic Reporter, God’s Community in the Castro, a parishioner from San Francisco’s Most Holy Redeemer parish had this to say about his spiritual home: “We don’t see ourselves as a gay community, but rather as a community that’s open to gays…It’s an acceptance and a realization that people feel OK to be who they are that makes this place different.”

Face it. The Jesuit order in the US has devolved into an unspeakable cabal. Its one thing to “accept people as they are”, it is entirely another thing to molest young boys while posing as Catholic priests. The behavior is vile and Catholic parents are deluded if they send their children to Jesuit schools and expect them to receive a “Catholic” education.

Yeah.

We don't see ourselves as a murderer community, but rather as a community that's open to murderers.

We don't see ourselves as a thief community, but rather as a community that's open to thieves.

We don' see ourselves as a blasphemer community, but rather as a community that's open to blasphemers.

Horsecrap.

The Church should be open to all sinners, and CALL ON THEM TO REPENT.

This foul anti-christ wants them to wallow in their sins.

If homosexuals are “born that way”, and in a religious context we are saying that God created these homosexuals just the way they are, and if we are saying God doesn’t make mistakes, then how do the “LGBT” peoples explain the “T” in LGBT, the trans-gendered people who want sex change operations???? Did God make a mistake with those people, who feel they are a man trapped in a woman’s body and all that??? How do they explain this???

So many sub-Catholic denominations under one umbrella, their own belief emphasis, variations of official teaching, costumes, etc. that it’s hard to keep up.

Also hard to keep up with the criticisms from one sub-Catholic denomination of another.

That doesn’t even begin to touch on the differences between whether you hold the communion wafer in your hand or have it placed in your mouth, whether you listen to someone speak in a language you do not understand (latin), or hear the service in english or spanish or whatever, whether you use an older version of the service or a new one, whether you have classes of attendees or none, and on and on...

But, I guess the good part is that this is all happening under one leader (who isn’t followed, but is criticized to no end), one name (but the meaning is quite diluted depending on who you speak with) and one official teaching (though the majority - seemingly - pick and choose).

I’ve never understood how it is, that the priests molesting boys and young men never became a bad reflection on the homosexual community.

According to reports I’ve heard, a disproportionate number of priest “child abuse” actions were priests molesting boys and young men, not girls. But the news media rarely discuss the homosexual component in all this. They always describe the issue as “child abuse” in general terms, without telling us who the victims of these predator priests were.

people feel OK to be who they are

What if they're rapists? Child molesters? Murderers? Thieves? Democrats?

Maybe some people SHOULDN'T feel ok to be who they are. Maybe they should strive to become something better.

I really didn’t mind any of these people when they were in the closet. We knew there was something wrong there but they shut up and did whatever they do behind closed doors. I opposed and still oppose people who think it’s fun to beat up fags.

But damn leftist incrementalism they take and take and don’t give back. They have gone too far and are fundamental in destroying America

And consider this: If homos were “born that way” they could never reproduce and thus would become extinct.

So, they’re not.

Feel better?

Why would you feel the need to "keep up?" Unless you are Catholic, of course.

Are you Catholic?

Anyway, I am Catholic, and I don't have any problem keeping up, so you can rest easy and worry about something else. Thanks, though, for your concern.

I think “gay bashing” has been vastly overstated. Many homosexuals engage in very risky activities, often while using large quantities of alcohol and drugs to overcome whatever normal and natural inhibitions remain. Propositioning random strangers is a good way to get beat up/rolled. When heterosexuals get robbed by a hooker or beat up by a pimp, they don’t have the option of claiming special victim status to cover for their irresponsible behavior.

I'm sure you were making a rhetorical comment when you wrote 'I've never understood'...
We understand - the Media is so supportive of Sodomite behavior that they make sure this obvious connection is kept in the haze. They pitch it as depravity that is unique to the Catholic priesthood - rather than calling it what it is: Homosexuals preying on young boys put under their care.

We're ALL sinners in need of a Savior.

Praise be to God, we have one: Jesus Christ our Lord!

Strive to become something better?

The Holy Gospel According to St. Matthew (Chapter 5)

Wallowing in our sins is NOT acceptable.

Actually your post isn’t genetically sound with regard to going extinct.

It’s a fair observation and probably reflects why the phenotype is so low in the population.
