Charles Payne, host of Fox Business News' Making Money, said on Thursday:
I think that there's going to be an official apology from the White House to slavery in America and then a major push to get cash, and I'm talking lots of cash.
Many including those closest to President Obama will push him to make this happen.
About reparations, Scottie Nell Hughes, Tea Party News Network director and a frequent Making Money guest, said:
Sure, slavery was a horrible thing that happened, but this [reparations payments] is not going to help race relations in the United States today.
Payne, who is black, broached the subject after reporting that Chicago will offer compensation to people who can prove they were tortured during the reign of police commander Jon Burge, who "... used electrical shock, burning, and mock executions to elicit confessions from suspects, mostly African-American, from the early 1970s through the early 1990s."
So if Obama and the Progressive/Liberal/Democrat crowd get their way, who is to receive reparations, and how will they be determined?

Makes sense that Hillary and the ‘Rats would go there. They won’t have Obama on the ticket to lock down 100% of the black vote; they’ll also need something to quell the alienation of blacks caused by embracing the Raza invasion. Noising about reparations could do the trick.
They are just waving money in front of blacks to get them to vote. If they actually succeeded it would defeat the purpose. They know they won’t succeed but that is not the point.
Yeah, stealing billions of dollars from the productive for a specific melanin group will do wonders for relations.
Sure, give them reparations, but anyone who accepts forfeits for life ALL other government ‘benefits’ including SS and Medicare.
I’m all for reparations. The guy that pumps out my septic tank is looking for a new place to dispose of the sludge. Where can I tell him to take it for ‘reparations’?

Good idea. But how much should the reparations be for each individual?
And do mixed white-black children qualify?
What if you are a recent African immigrant whose ancestors were slaves in England? Do you qualify for reparations in the USA?
What about slaves who were captured by ARAB MUSLIM slave traders? Do they get to claim from Saudi Arabia?

What about MIXED melanin group? What about those who are 1/4 or 1/8 black? ( see for instance Elizabeth Warren ).
Give blacks a pile of cash and guns. That will sure solve the problem, wouldn’t it.

Payne is as conservative as one can be. He doesn’t support reparations, he just predicted that Obama will try it.
If this nonsense were to be proposed, the first 350,000 recipients should be the families of Federal officers and troopers who died in defense of the Union. The next 2,000,000 would be the families of those Federal troops wounded in combat.
