And Jeb wants the senate to trust a man whose former AG approved of the Fast and Furious scandal? If that were a republican AG, both the prez and the AG would have been forced to resign over that scandal alone.

Jeb Bush... America's "completely out of touch" candidate.

We no longer operate by law.

"Latinos" whatever TF they are, are now such a significant portion of the population ... and voting population ... that Uniparty Candidates believe they cannot be ignored and must be pandered to at every opportunity. Any and all "law" to the contrary be damned; more accurately, ignored for now, changed later.

This is truly the Bush/Republicans fault. Karl Rove, back in the '70s and 80's, believed that these "hard-working Catholics with their strong family values" were the Republican answer to the rock-solid hold the Democrats had on the African-Americans, his fatuous "Republicans of the Future."

OOPS. Instead, we are becoming the hemisphere's northernmost Latin American country and developing a non-functional, European- Style Socialist political system to match. OBTW, the "Latinos," with the Cubans duly noted as a minor exception, will vote Republican on that Tuesday during which a squadron of red pigs does an Immelmann over the White House.
