A new book excoriating Hillary and Bill Clintons behavior in the White House debuted at No. 1 in its first week on The New York Times combined e-book/hardcover best-seller list for April 26, according to a source at the paper.
The Residence: Inside the Private World of The White House, by Kate Brower, includes a searing account of the Clinton familys private drama during the scandal-plagued 1990s. Through the eyes of the White House staff, Brower catalogs the marital tension between Bill and Hillary over his sexual peccadilloes, including a four-month period in 1998 at the height of the Monica Lewinsky scandal when Bill was forced to sleep on a sofa in his private study.
According to Brower, though Hillary stood by her husband in public, behind the closed doors of the residence staff members frequently heard the Clintons shout at one another. At one point, a rumor circulated among staff that Hillary had thrown a lamp at Bill.

I thought all Wh staff signed confidentiality agreements prohibiting them from spilling the beans??
Calling BS on that one.
I seriously doubt it if Bill and Hillary ever slept in the same bed during their White Trailer days.
Even Frank Underwood has his own bedroom, jeez.
I wonder what would be the consequences if every one of us on FR bought a copy of the ebook for $14.99?
I think keeping this book at #1 would be a factor in the election since it would keep the light on the moral and ethical peccadilloes of the Clintons. Whatever will lessen the enthusiasm of the liberals for this duo will dampen their financial advantage and the liberal turnout.
It’s a cheap way to fight the MSM and the millions that the Dems will raise for her.
It would probably be a good investment for us compared to a $15. contribution to a Republican candidate.
I sometimes think that the reason she is still viable is that many stupid people who read their true tales are actually envious and want to live that life or absolute power, sex, and money. Or they are just too stupid to breathe. Probably the later.
I will withhold judgment on the book until it has been reviewed by a Freeper. Coming out at this time, it may paint a positive picture of Hillary.
She also once used a heavy Bible to hit a Secret Service limo driver in the back of the head.
Also regularly referred to the Secret Service as PIGS in private.
and/or ... they want to support a strong politician who will take from the rich and attack Christians.
and/or their hate for white straight men over 40, period.
From the reviews, it isn’t a “gotcha” type book. More like memoirs of staff. I want blood and guts, like Edward Klein’s Blood Feud. Now that was a great book.
Just the chapter about the raw FBI files gets my blood boiling all over again.
OF COURSE they want a female in office who promises they can continue their BS life style and keep on getting freebies while thumbing their nose at traditional America. They will never have to work or take responsibility for themselves with Evita and women like her in office.
Well, I didn't GO to the party so I am tired of PAYING FOR THE PARTY!
Part of that definition is true. I have a couple here that are late 40’s, early 50’s that have been divorced for a while (10+ years) and no children. They value animals over people, vegetarians or vegan, watch BBC shows, no drama but highly emotional, not openly bitter but you can tell, and get their news from HuffPo and MSM.
Sadly one of them is attractive, no tats or piercings (so she says), and quite intelligent (outside politics and history).
I sure hope at some point there will be pictures released of the vandalism done to the White House by the exiting Clinton staff.
Why the hell would we let them back in?
