86% Say No to Hillary in MSNBC Poll
Pajamas Media ^ | 04/16/2015 | Debra Heine

According to a new Rasmussen poll, nearly six in 10 voters believe that Hillary Rodham Clinton will be the next president. But perception is not reality, as an MSNBC poll seems to indicate.

The poll, which appeared on the MSNBC website on Tuesday morning, shows that 86% of MSNBC readers who responded would not vote for Hillary Clinton in the upcoming presidential election. Only 13% responded in the affirmative and a mere 2% said “maybe.”

The poll, while not scientific, strongly suggests that progressives do not prefer to have a baggage-laden career politician as their party’s standard bearer in 2016.

For all the hype about Hillary, there does seem to be a lack of enthusiasm among liberals/Democrats about Hillary.

i wonder if many Democrats are just resigned to Hillary being the nominee.

I wonder if some Democrats actually hope she implodes, let a Republican win the presidency in 2016, then gear up to rebuild the party and get ready for 2020 and beyond. This is Hillary’s last chance at the presidency. If she is taken down in the primaries or loses the general election, she will be finished politically. So perhaps some Democrats, in taking the long view for 2020 and beyond, will in effect sit this election out.

This makes it even MORE imparative that we coalesce behind an unabashed conservative now! We need to crush Jeb, so that we can inevitably crush Hillary.

They will vote for her if she is anointed by The Party. She will have met the two necessary and sufficient qualifications. All else is detail.

Meh. Unscientific online polls mean little. That’s why we Freep the anti-conservative ones.

No matter what they say, liberals will vote for Hillary if/when she is the nominee.

Just like so many people here when Romney was the nominee for the GOP.

It appears the cemetery electorate is not properly represented in this poll. Hillary would win 112% of the dead vote. You could call it “identity politics”.

Do we have video of Ed Schultz reaction to this poll?

It would be the one where he’s having a heart attack....

I fully expect to win my bottle of wine bet with my liberal sister in law... Hillary will not win the Democrat nomination. I expect Hillay’s campaign will crash and burn by Labor Day

I wounder if this is all just a set up. Have Hillary take all the flack and when it becomes obvious that she can't win have her drop out. Then run out some young inexperienced nobody with no history and no record to take over.

It worked last time and with the full support of the MSM it could be a wining strategy again.

"...shows that 86% of MSNBC readers who responded..."

AAAAaaaaaand there is the problem with this poll. Many millions of progressives who cannot read (and therefore are not part of the sample) WILL vote for the Marxist hag.

Just like the “Religious Right” has done for the Repubicans in recent years.

“Just like so many people here when Romney was the nominee for the GOP. “

We had no other choice. We need a new leader for the GOP.
