A lot of people tried to warn the TN Republican primary voters about Corker, but the silly voters there wouldn’t listen and split their conservative majority among two candidates, which allowed the first Corker nomination.

Now you know one of the reasons I have never voted for Corker...
I voted for Ed Bryant in the primary the first year Bob Corker ran for the US Senate..
and Ive wrote Ed in ever since unless someone Conservative was running..
Ed was one of the House Attorneys who impeached Clinton...

Why are the republicans constantly asking permission to do things that the constitution has already granted permission to them?
It’s like a kid who asks his mom if he can go outside and play. The mom doesn’t say “Go ask Daddy.” She simply tells the kid he can go. If the kid is republican he’s going to go ask his daddy anyway.

I saw it. O’Reilly didn’t want to discuss it. He dismissed her and made some inane comment that didn’t address the clear constitutional issue at all. He was so busy forcing the discussion to remain on the ‘bill’ that he didn’t want to discuss that bill being unnecessary and an attack on the constitution.

Not surprising, I have always had the impression that BOR sees talk of such things like the Constitution as 'too complicated and outdated for most of the folks to care about.'
