By the way, the biggest crime of Bengazi was the blaming of a video and ad hoc street mob. The President blamed the video on national television during the debate with Romney, long after the event. My local AP rag of a newspaper, the Free Lance Star of Fredericksburg VA, was blaming the video months after the event.
Obama and Hillary knew on Day 1 or 2 that the mob was an organized military strike. Heck, we knew that here on Free Republic.
If we had a real news media, this would have put Obama/Clinton out of office. Middle America is oblivious.
Just such good commentary it deserved repeating.
I think Obama can be tried for treason because he was handed a passport when he was a US Senator. This was his first American passport. It should legally not have been given to him, but it was, for diplomatic reasons (he needed to travel out of the country on official senate business).
So becusse of that gift of a US Passport, he is now an American citizen.

If you research it you will find that the pic is attributed to the Argentinian military from some time in the '80s.

He can be tried for treason because he took the oath of office as a senator and twice as president. We have foreign nationals in our armed services who all take the oath to protect and defend the Constitution when sworn in to service. They can certainly be tried for treason precisely because they took that oath.
It was in one of the books written about the Clintons in the 1990s. And the author was never sued.
Believe me, the GOP in it's current state only helps her get elected and hurts our country.
