He looked chagrined to me. Wow, total disconnect. I’ll have to watch it again and take my hands out from in front of my eyes — which is my natural reaction when I see a progressive lie in progress.
I will watch it again too FRiend. Note there was roaring laughter and applause at the 0:29 mark and he goes off prompter and says “I was about to veer off”. Then he proceeds to read his address with that smug half wit smile like he is the only one smart enough to get the joke.

Even when placing his hand over his heart, it looks like a gesture he is unfamiliar with. And without any sense of commitment. Why is he doing it on Easter anyhow? Does he think that’s what Americans do on Easter?
