Heightened global geopolitical turmoil, income inequality, climate change and economic protectionism have all resulted in a world with a far less certain future.

He’s Norwegian so he has to throw those talking points in there but he is admitting that Norway’s nanny state may be coming to an end.
With oil and gas prices below break even in most cases, the shale boom is essentially over, not to have much of a return for at least 2 years minimum. This horse is done.
