1) This is paid administrative leave.
2) None of these "police" will ever be individually liable.
3) No restitution will be made to the victim's family.
4) If any are fired, they will go back to work as a cop in another town, to use the power of the State to beat down other citizens, or kill them.
5) this will become a non story in about 6 news cycles as the skin color of the man beaten is useless to the goals of the state.
