President Barack Obama says his memory of the fear over his daughter's preschool asthma attacks brings home the debate over climate change.
Obama says he knows firsthand how scary it can be to have a child who struggles to breathe. He is arguing that preventing climate change could improve public health by reducing illnesses such as asthma.
Obama tells ABC he felt "terrible" fright when a young Malia told him she couldn't breathe and had to be rushed to the emergency room. He says he thinks every parent would wish to reduce such incidents by improving the environment.

If they weren’t having sex, it’s likely the kid wouldn’t have much else to be allergic to (except vacations, new clothes, more chemicals on the cleaning lady’s cart than in fracwater, and all the different fragrances people are using to cover up the stink in DeeCee).

I have said this elsewhere (and forgive if I repeat myself) but when I read of instances in which the left mention children I am reminded of a scene in “Nineteen Eighty-Four” in which Winston Smith, while in prison, bumps into an adult couple he knew quite well beforehand. The father tells Winston that their children had been trained to be informants and then they (the children) promptly reported their own parents as allegedly plotting against the Party and Big Brother.
The kids are strictly off-limits - until we need to exploit them for strictly political reasons!

About two years ago our daughter developed severe asthma. Life flight even had to take her the Pittsburgh Children’s one time. A year later the asthma mysteriously disappeared. Knock on wood, we went from multiple daily treatments to nothing. Nada. Anyway, when obamacare kicked in we received a letter from our insurance company that due to the ACA, the asthma preventer could be quantity controlled. Yep. My two-year-old was essentially death paneled. Praise God, we’ve had no problems in just over a year.
So he had/has a fat daughter and The Mooch decided to cram her school lunch program, that wastes food and leaves kids hungry, down the throats of America’s kids.
Next Obola’s kid had asthma (of course, HE had good health insurance ... so he had to ruin it for the rest of the country) and that is the excuse to cram Global Warming voodoo//lies down the country’s throat and use it to bankrupt those who can least afford it and redistribute the money he’s stealing to his “green” cronies.
Simplistically summarized: No food (for the kids & killing farming with regs), no energy (regs & shutting down the coal plants), no security (open borders) & thanks to the greenies, no water in CA. So far, I’d say Obola is living up to his name .... killing/ruining everything he touches.
One of my kids had asthma in the 80’s, before “globull warming” had even started.
He and his ilk made the $16 OTC Primatine Mist inhaler go away, it worked.

Yet, because of the lies of Obama and his sycophants, CO2 is now a "pollutant". CO2 no more causes asthma attacks, than water causes bullet wounds. The real pollutants, which some have related to asthma attacks, have declined to near pristine levels since the smog of Los Angeles was blamed for illnesses in the 60s.
