Obama admits Iran nuclear deal only delays inevitable, leaves problem for future presidents

resident Obama admitted Tuesday in a broadcast interview that his nuclear agreement with Iran only delays Tehran from eventually acquiring a weapon, which could come immediately after Year 13 of the agreement -- leaving the problem for future presidents.

Obama made the comments about Tehran's so-called "breakout time" in an interview with NPR News that aired Tuesday morning. The president was attempting to answer the charge that the deal framework agreed upon by the U.S., Iran, and five other nations last week fails to eliminate the risk of Iran getting a nuclear weapon because it allows Tehran to keep enriching uranium.

Obama said that Iran would be capped for a decade at 300 kilograms of uranium -- not enough to convert to a stockpile of weapons-grade material.

If you were an Iranian bent on bringing about the end of days, would you sit on your hands until Obama left office, or would you simply negotiate something you can get around, take the money and bomb on Obama’s watch, knowing full well that the next president is bound to be more of a hawk?

Presidents Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush and Obama....simply laid in delay tactics for forty years. All of this simply to buy Israel and some neighbors time.

So here we are. The Saudis now have an active interest and lots of loot to buy nuclear technology. The Syrians and Iraqis would like to develop it....if they weren’t into a civil war. Egypt and Turkey will be actively interested within the next five years.

Rather than play the delay game....it’s onto an active field where someone will actually use the weapons and trigger several conflicts of a significant nature.

Not for nothing was that minister running around for weeks looking like the cat that ate the canary, and not for nothing did John Kerry look disgusted and like he hated himself.

Keep all the sanctions on them and you might just get a better deal. This deal is a joke. It’s totally submissive on our part.

If Obama wants to “sell” this “deal”, his handlers had better get that teleprompter up and working. The more he speaks, the more absurd he sounds. Yet it would be a mistake to assume that the majority of Americans really understand the nuances or dangers of this accommodation to the lunatic mullahs. The American people are war weary. They do not see how the immense human and material sacrifices in foreign interventions have been effective or enhanced the security of the United States. They are not unlike the Britons, French and even Germans who greeted Chamberlains “peace in our time” speech with enthusiasm. Obama offers no more leadership and progress than a community organizer creates real material wealth.

It’s a great quote, and Michael Savage reads it on air frequently. However, it’s unfortunately bogus. I almost used it in the front pages of a novel before deciding to check it out, just to be sure. Fact is, Cicero never said it or wrote it.

“The problem withe the internet is that so much of it is based on falsehood.”

“Keep all the sanctions on them and you might just get a better deal. This deal is a joke. It’s totally submissive on our part.”

Congress needs to take Obama’s statement, word for word and announce that sanctions will be increased until Iran dismantles any vestiges of developing a nuclear weapon. Use Iran’s words also.

This should be broadcast to the world that if the American President refuses to secure freedom for all people, it is left to the US congress to do it.

Then start impeachment proceedings.

Obama said that Iran would be capped for a decade at 300 kilograms of uranium -- not enough to convert to a stockpile of weapons-grade material.

No problem then. Iran will simply report how much uranium it has, and then we'll check to make sure that number is less than 300 kilograms.

Boy, I sure hope Iran doesn't "forget" to report all the uranium that it has. Because that would be embarrassing all around.

resident Obama admitted Tuesday...problem for future presidents...The president was attempting to...

Something wrong with spell checker.

Although it was fine with the first spelling of 'resident', it seems to have allowed a 'p' as the first letter in the latter spellings of the word.

[personally, I spell that word 'res__ent. leave out the ID cause he has none]

Yeah, right. Does he actually think that?

In ‘94, Clinton signed a deal with North Korea. North Korea went on their way and we woke up a few years later to find they had a weapon. That’s exactly how the deal with Iran will play out.

I did not know this. My favorite site to search for quotes is Brainy quotes.com, so when you told me that it was bogus I did a search and could not find it in it. Nevertheless it describes that arrogant pos occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave to a T.
