Does the rest of your arm experience any pain as well? Any numbness on that arm or do you have trouble gripping things with the hand on the side of the shoulder pain?

There is an easy way to know you are getting enough Vitamin D- you will start having more frequent and pleasant dreams.Ain't that the truth. Under doctor's direction I have been taking prescription 50,000 units (once a week)for over a year.
My dreams are very vivid and interesting. People I have not seen in decades pop up in them.

LOl! Definitely copying and pasting your list. I already do a a lot of that. I take the Turmeric but didn’t know about craving pepper. I don’t do a lot of salt, but must not be taking enough because I’m not craving the pepper. How much Turmeric do you recommend?

I take 5,000. That’s the dosage of the largest selling bottle on Amazon.

I also take 5000IU per day, and just came through one of the worst winters in soviet Red Hampshire history with no sign of cold or flu...
On the other hand, my wife received her employer-mandated flu shot, and promptly got sick.

No, oddly enough it is strictly in my shoulder. I try to avoid lifting with that arm but even the slightest lift and I know about it! I have to keep a pillow on my side at night to keep me from rolling over and sleeping on it. It doesn't really bother me as I am sleeping on it but when I wake up, I know I rolled over!

I’ve been taking 5000 iu/day for the last 10 years.
Interestingly, I haven’t had a cold or the flu (no flu shots) during that time. Coincidence? Perhaps. But Vit D is so cheap I’m not gonna stop.
Might try a month at 10,000/day to see what happens.

Eat some portabella mushrooms and take a walk in the sun in your speedo. I don't think I'd do that to my neighbors.
Besides its 28° right now, that's cold even with my abundant blubber...

Everyone dreams. You only remember the ones that wake you up.
If you have more frequent dreams, then you are not getting a good deep sleep for long periods.
