Top Obama administration officials launched a major sales pitch on Sunday aimed at marshaling public support for the new framework agreement between Iran and several world powers over its nuclear program, even as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu took to American airwaves to blast the accord.
The fight to shape public perceptions of the deal could have major implications for its survival, with congressional Republicans pushing for the right to accept or reject any final pact. The White House has already warned that the president would veto legislation the Senate Foreign Relations Committee is poised to take up this month that would withhold sanctions relief for Iran under the final deal until lawmakers had a 60-day period to review and vote on it.

Does Bibi think this will change Obama’s mind? I don’t understand what he thinks is accomplished by this.

I am truly ashamed of people in this country(especially all of my Jewish friends whom I respect) that would buy into this drivel. I know that the bible says that all of this would come to pass, but watching it in real time frightens the hell(no pun intended)out of me.
Once Iran gets its hands on the money there is not way to get it back. Additionally, once the European mob signs energy deals and trade agreements with Iran they will make excuses forever and sell out Israel before they cancel those deals.
This is the real problem that Bibi faces. As things now stand, all of the other international leaders will be remembered as acting while Bibi will be remembered as talking at this time. He needs to do something. If he wants to negotiate a better deal, he should try to do that. If he wants to take military action, he should try to do that. If he wants to build an international coalition with other countries, he should try to do that. But, again, as things now stand, he will be remembered as talking while others are acting and moving forward.

The Orthodox Jews hate Obama, did not vote for him, and certainly do not support his asinine, even catastrophic, policies. Do not lump all Jews into one group. The liberal Jews may not even BE Jews according to Jewish law, if they were the products of intermarriage and only their father was the Jew.
