T'would appear to be so. And every day with no info released or leaked adds to the suspicion. There are supposed to be a bunch of smart kids at Duke. I suppose it is a pipe dream to hope that one or two might be curious enough to hack into the disciplinary file on this???

my minds not made up but it wouldn’t surprise me if the whole thing was staged. The fact that the student has not been identified makes me a little suspicious.........wouldn’t be the 1st time, but we’ll see.

If it were a crime, the suspect would have been arrested, and we would know the name.
For now, it just looks like he is going to be expelled, and expelling him is the right and responsibility of Duke.
When I was sixteen I had a mini-noose hanging from my rear view mirror in my ‘67 Nova.

Tom Dooley got hung. When I first heard the song I found it odd that a man convicted of murder would write a song about it. Tom Dula (theys spell kinda funna in Appalachian speech) proclaimed his innocents before he died.
