Selective editing by the left is the norm, but when what subs as real reporting causes death threats and violence and loss of business, it should be dealt with harshly. Any legal eagles have a take on this? Do the O'Connors have any legal remedies against the 'reporter' and the local TV management?

Do the O'Connors have any legal remedies against the 'reporter' and the local TV management? Probably not. She wasn't forced to do the interview and she wasn't misquoted.

Probably not. She wasn't forced to do the interview and she wasn't misquoted. Yeah, actually...she was misquoted. The pressho left out the part where Crystal said they would NOT deny service to gays. A lie by omission is still a lie. And leaving out that pertinent part of the interview or quote makes it a lie.
