Despite what he wants you to think, Ted Cruz is not the great anti-politician of our time. In fact, he may be our most potent symbol of everything that is wrong with modern politics.
This would be hard to believe if you’ve been listening to him, of course. He desperately wants to be thought of as the one principled man in Washington—at least if your values hew closely to those of the Tea Party—but that posturing has alienated much of the party establishment. Ted Cruz attributes that development to them being “squishes,” while the rest of the world suspects it’s because Cruz is the kind of guy who goes around calling his co-workers names like “squishes.”
Of course, being a showboat is forgivable in American politics; if it wasn’t, Bill Clinton wouldn’t still be as popular as he is today. The bigger problem with Cruz is that the thematic basis for his showboating—that he won’t sell out like the rest of the Washington phonies—is a whole lot of bunk, like the rest of his campaign. After all, Googling ”Ted Cruz lies” pulls back an astonishing 7,890,000 results, and on Twitter, the two phrases are basically synonymous....

Ted Cruz has the audacity to actually represent the people who elected him and not go along with the agenda of the money men who are used to pulling the strings of our bought off “leaders”.
If we all sent in $5 for every article like this, we'd all be broke before Monday.

After all, Googling “Hillary Clinton lies” pulls back an astonishing 13,200,000 results. One can only conclude that Hillary is twice the liar that Cruz is.
Why do these nobodies think their brain farts matter? We do not care what old and experienced lefties think so they think young and inexperienced lefties are authoritative?
Mr Ph.D candidate didn't bother to report the query results of 'barack obama lies' - 32,000,000. Sounds like this idiot isn't much of a researcher.

I set aside money every paycheck, I’m good at managing my money, I can forgo other things...I have no problem doing my part. Everyone can do what they can. Anyways, I don’t read every negative article about Cruz put out so it’s not a big deal.
Well, if a “PHD candidate” says it, it must be true. I always look to 20-somethings with no real world experience for wisdom.
Conservatives/Republicans, always make the mistake of criticizing there own. It certainly works to make Republicans a failure.
