Hysteria over Cruz illustrates what we're up against
American Thinker ^ | Lloyd Marcus

For crying out loud, Cruz simply trumpeted traditional principles and values that Americans have celebrated since the Republic's founding: American exceptionalism, liberty, freedom, hard work, God, and country.  The problem is that without even realizing it, many have succumbed to the left successfully tainting their thinking, lowering the nation's behavioral bar, and forcing political correctness down our throats.  So when a Ted Cruz comes along, his message sounds edgy to those hearing it for the first time.  And yet I believe that many will be drawn instinctively to it.

Why?  Because conservatism connects with our higher self/spirit.  It inspires people to be the best they can be.  That is what attracted me to conservatism.

Jesus said, “My sheep hear my voice...and follow me.”  Without a miracle, conservatism will not resonate with lazy deadbeats filled with class envy and hatred for achievers.  It is a foreign language to them.  All they care about is handouts and a free ride.  Let the Democrats continue pandering to them, the chickens and turtles.  Let's take the higher ground, striving to attract eagles that I believe are a majority of the American people.  This is why the left is so terrified of Cruz: he knows how to spread the good news of conservatism.

Folks, we must stop Obama's quest to diminish who we are, reducing us to a nation of part-time workers, dependent on and subservient to big government.  In the name of our founding fathers, we are Americans!  Let's act like it!

Both sides going nuts over Cruz's bold, upbeat, and inspiring articulation of conservatism illustrates what we are up against.  Even conservatives are saying Cruz is too this or not enough that.  Some conservatives feel that Cruz so boldly preaching conservatism on the big stage is a little embarrassing and scary,

It certainly has been a wild couple of days since Cruz declared. Anyone who thought the media were finally waking up to 0bama’s outrageous behavior has been disabused of that notion by the wave of hysteria that is still crashing all around us. When a simple reference to God as the source of human rights causes screeches of denial you know you have a real problem. This is going to be a very ugly campaign season.

All I want is a Principled Conservative and a Typical Liberal on Stage debating their Viewpoints with an unbiased Moderator.

Of course, for this to happen we would have to be sure we were playing on a level field, which is impossible in today’s environment.

The hysteria over Cruz better illustrates what the progressive liberal democrat/rino communist party and their media is up against.

The smell of fear is IMO overwhelming a rancid deadly odor to their agenda, but a sweet smelling air of victory on the road to restoration of our Constitutional Free Republic to me.

I do not know about you guys, but I am done with moderate Republican clone presidential nominees like McCain, Romney, Jeb Bush, and Christie. If I go down in defeat, I want to go down inspiring my fellow Americans to come up higher, fighting my butt off for liberty and freedom behind the likes of a Ted Cruz.

Spot On!

They’re so used to mumbling, muddled moderation that clear, concise conservatism is foreign.

To us, though, it’s a breath of fresh air that makes us applaud standing on our seats!

Need to make signs or banners and say “ We can’t hear you from the political static “ .
The political pundits, the left, MSM, RINORATS GOPe need to hear our one voice in in accord.

” We hear Ted Cruz loud and clear, you guys ? Not so much “ .

WE ARE ONE VOICE IN ONE ACCORD WITH TED CRUZ !

TED CRUZ SPEAKS FOR US !

Don’t listen to the political static noise from the left, MSM, or the RINORATS GOPe.

There was a scene in the Wayne’s World movie where they tried to use their joke of “homosezwhut” on Christopher Walken and he’s on to them disdains their joke.

They react with fear because their normal way of humiliating someone just isn’t going to work.

This is what you see from the left regarding Cruz.
