A federal judge angrily accused Justice Department attorneys in newly unsealed documents of "fraud upon the court" by intimidating a witness in a case involving a former Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent who alleges the agency trashed his reputation.
Judge Francis Allegra, who was appointed to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in 1998 by President Bill Clinton, is presiding over a suit brought by former ATF agent Jay Dobyns against the government agency, which he claims retaliated against him and damaged his reputation. Dobyns infiltrated Hell's Angels and worked on cases involving the Aryan Brotherhood and MS-13 during his law enforcement career.
, In a newly unsealed, Dec. 1, 2014, court ruling that legal experts said was highly unusual, Allegra accused seven Justice Department lawyers of "fraud upon the court, banned them from making any further filings in the case and took the unusual step of directly notifying Attorney General Eric Holder.

Now Holder and Obama’s justice department is being charged with “fraud upon the court”. We already have contempt of congress, contempt of court in the New Orleans moratorium case and now fraud upon the court, the worst Justice Dept ever, we are in danger.
Now there's an effective response.
Others, such as former ATF agents, said they were not surprised given their experience with the agency.
“It is atrocious. If they can do this to a highly decorated federal agent, imagine what they can do to the average Joe,” said Vince Cefalu, a former agent who helped expose the Operation Fast and Furious scandal and who successfully sued the ATF for retaliating against him.

Indeed. I especially like the fact the DOJ suspended it’s investigation of misconduct pending the Judge’s findings…..
Just like a child needs to know how busted he is so he can mold his fabrication accordingly.
On background, Dobyns was targeted with an arson attack on his home. He notified his superiors and asked for protection for his family. The agency responded by accusing him of setting fire to his own house.
He knows that he might have a tragic auto accident or a sudden heart attack if he pokes our criminal FedGov too hard.
I’ll be impressed when the good Judge jails a few of these hacks masquerading as lawyers or starts disbarment procedures.

Make me POTUS and the first minute sworn in, I give a FULL pardon with voting/firearm rights restored of anyone convicted of NFA/GCA/FOPA federal violations.
I would then FIRE every active ATF employee on the spot.
I would FIRE any federal worker who has ever worked in ATF on the spot.
I would bar ANYONE that has even applied for, worked in, or worked with ATF from any federal law enforcement, and then withhold funds from any states that employed former or current ATF agents in state, county, township, tribal, or municipal law enforcement.
