But the point here is, if Josh Earnest had been US WH press secretary on 12/7/1941, he would have called the above a “grave cultural misunderstanding” and an earnest apology would have been immediately delivered to the Germans.

Outstanding pilot. Had his foot shot off, modified his Stuka’s controls and continued to fly.
