The Republican governor’s political action committee has tapped Matt Hall to serve as director of operations. Hall held a similar position for 2012 Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney.

Does anyone dare ask he snagged this guy because all other top level wonks to snag have been had? I am not sticking up for him here, but we don't know who Paul, Cruz, etc have contracted with on the down low, because I haven't heard a ton of names bandied about or did I miss them.
I am trying to remember if this is the overall picture guy ( Hall ) or was this the wonk with the failed software program that choked they day they turned it on..
