Total stunning that she won election!
It’s her neighborhood that elects her. She’s had good opponents in the past, but her neighborhood votes 95% for Moore. Of course there have been suggestions that all is not quite up and up — for instance, one of those elections had something like 35 people registered from her house! And her son slashed the tires of vans the Republicans rented for their GOTV vote.
And don’t call her stupid. She holds a “certificate” from Harvard awarded to “executives in Local and State Government” whatever that means.
I get it.
She’s one of those elected by her people and as for her “certificate,” .... ROTFLOL.

Being DUMB does not preclude being EVIL, have you ever heard it speak? It fell out of the stupid tree hitting every branch on the way down and buried it’s head in the roots. Keep in mind that it is her also evil aides that write 99% of the halfway intelligent evil Waters speaks, all the rest is just incoherent babbling.
