Things are finally looking up again for Europe.
The pace of the eurozone's sudden improvement across a bundle of economic indicators has shocked analysts since the turn of the year.
But there has been a rapid turnaround from gloom to boom in just a few months.
What's going on? As recently as Autumn, everyone thought Europe was bogged down in a protracted perma-recession, characterised by deflation, lack of GDP growth and continent-wide political paralysis.
Here's what's going on, and why.

First thing I thought of when I saw the headline, “How strong is the Euro these days?”

Short every investment they mention. Why? Because they are.
Last week the stories were all about Europe making one last circle around the toilet bowl before the entire lash-up disappeared into the cesspit of failed Unions.
Now Europe is a Boom Town continent where the streets are paved with €1,000 Euro notes.
Because Greece threatened to pull out of the Euro?
Dead cat bounce.

The price of the Euro has fallen dramatically causing money to flow into Europe.
What happen???
Someone set us up the boom.
The Eurozone hired a NY Hedge Fund PR Firm and suddenly everything’s coming up roses.
Propoganda from the Keynesians following ECB’s money printing.
I read in WSJ yesterday that Mexico is now able to undercut China on manufacturing auto parts.
Just the opposite of a decade ago.
Look here at the number of auto companies announcing operations, etc in Mexico.

You mean it’s creating an export boom for them. Money goes where it’s loved.

But like the UK, there’s a point at which people get too pessimistic in their expectations, and can’t see a recovery coming. That recovery looks like it really is here this time for Europe.
The major thing still hanging over Europe is deflation — prices are still falling, and economists have been rightfully concerned about what might happen if it becomes embedded, as Japan’s deflation has.”
Methinks the headline is a tad optimistic. One country is doing well, another is doing decent. And the title is ‘Europe is BOOMING?’.
Our MSM wants us to think that socialism over there is just doing great. So let’s follow their lead some more, eh?
