Ouch. One thing we should know; the Left are media savvy. Conniving? Yes. Unscrupulous? Most certainly. But savvy. Gizmodo's FB page is having a field day with this. redirects to Healthcare.gov, etc.

Loan him your time machine so he can go back to 2004 and out bid this guy for it.
The DNC is not going to let it go now.
IMO they pay this fellow to keep it and use it. One way or another.

Bless him and family as they forge ahead..

An exercise in futility. No Ted Cruz supporter who finds themselves at TedCruz.com by mistake, is going to be in the least moved by the Obamacare propaganda they are spewing out there. Within a week, most Ted Cruz supporters will know it’s TedCruz.org

The “attack” is thin as paint. What Leftists can’t get their head around is that conservatives aren’t thin. They’re not influenced by crap, because they know it’s crap and reject it. The only people affected by this TedCruz.com hijack will be... liberals. Conservatives won’t be influenced, by definition.

Two different worlds.

Geezers such as I tend to get fixed in our ways. So, many older FReepers are perhaps unaware of the plethora of hyperlinks and addresses that go to domains other than the dot com one.

Dot org will work just fine for promotion purposes since it is also a well-known domain name.

Besides, if someone confuses what they see at tedcruz.com with his true political positions, they’re an idiot from the git go anyway.

I sure do. We had corporate level meetings about that one. Our company had a very strict no porn policy and with it came widely disseminated warnings about carefully surfing the ‘net.

You do understand that the owner has had that domain name since 2004, well before Ted ran for Senate in 2012.

Thank you!! I typically go to Senate.gov or House.gov and follow those links to where I need to go.

It still shows the kind of slimeballs we’re up against.

In 2004, Ted Cruz was in his second year as Solicitor General for the state of Texas. The real question is, what person or group thought then that registering tedcruz.com would be a good idea?
