Father Who Torched Apartment to Kill His Daughter and Son-in-Law Found Guilty of Murder
Subhash Chander set fire to a 36-unit Oak Forest building in 2007 because he was angry and offended. His 3-year-old grandson also died.

A grandfather who torched an Oak Forest apartment building seven years ago to kill his pregnant daughter, her husband and their 3-year-old son — because his daughter’s choice of husband offended him — has been convicted on three counts of first-degree murder.
Subhash Chander, 64, an angry, argumentative heavy drinker, now faces life in prison. He’s due in court April 16. A Cook County jury found him guilty on Thursday.

The UN Just Condemned a Single Nation for Women’s Rights Violations. Can You Guess Which One?

If there’s one nation on the planet that abuses women, it’s…Israel?
That’s what the United Nations seems to believe, at least.
The U.N.’s Commission on the Status of Women released nine official documents over the course of its annual meeting this week, but as Ynetnews reported, only one of the U.N.’s 193 member nations was singled out for a reprimand: Israel.

Rather than focus on rampant female genital mutilation in Somalia or Saudi Arabia’s treatment of women as second-class citizens who can’t even drive themselves to the hospital, the U.N. took aim at Israel in a report titled, “Situation of and assistance to Palestinian women.”
The report blames the Israeli occupation of the West Bank for ”[h]igh levels of unemployment and poverty” among Palestinians that hit women especially hard.
In a 2014 World Economic Forum report on women’s political empowerment worldwide, Israel ranked 49th worldwide, compared to the U.S. at No. 54.
Majority-Muslim nations including Egypt, Yemen, Qatar and Iran dominated the bottom of the rankings.
Days before the end of the conference, Anne Bayefsky, director of the Touro College Institute on Human Rights and the Holocaust, lambasted the U.N. for singling out Israel, writing:
Not Syria. Where government forces routinely employ rape and other sexual violence and torture against women as a tactic of war. Not Saudi Arabia. Where women are physically punished if not wearing compulsory clothing. Not Sudan. Where domestic violence is not prohibited. There is no minimum age for “consensual” sex. Not Iran. Where every woman who registered as a presidential candidate in the last election was disqualified.
Ynetnews reported that the Israeli foreign ministry described the U.N. report as, “yet another testimony to the hypocrisy of UN members.”
The United Nations in NYC should be knocked over with a dozen of the biggest wrecking balls we can find, and then be pushed off into the water by a hundred D5 CATS.

Law enforcement agencies struggling to fill their ranks or connect with their increasingly diverse populations are turning to immigrants to fill the gap.
Most agencies in the country require officers or deputies to be U.S. citizens, but some are allowing immigrants who are legally in the country to wear the badge. From Hawaii to Vermont, agencies are allowing green-card holders and legal immigrants with work permits to join their ranks.

It is ironic that so many TSA agents are likely those whom their own countries would not consider desirable, so they come here to the land of plenty giving rectal exams to real citizens who just want to go somewhere.
He set the whole complex on fire leaving a lot of people without a home, 70. Fortunate no one else got killed. The complex collapsed. The story mentions nothing about an insanity defense but that is a crazy thing to do.
Good thing for SubTrash that he likes fire because he will live forever in one.

Hindus seem to have an affinity for murder by fire.
Suttee, for example, and in India there’s practically an entire industry of killing brides whose families fall behind on their dowry payments by “accidentally” burning them to death in the kitchen. Thousands a year.
Demonstrates Islam isn’t the only religious/cultural group with problems.

The location of the UN is the site of a former little cove in the East River called “Turtle Bay”. So let the Cats push it into “Turtle Bay”. “Turtle Bay” is a metonym for the UN.
