There are many reasons why cholesterol might be high. I am anything but complacent about mine. My HDL hasn’t come uo as much as I should have, on as low cwrb as I have been eating, and my CRP levels are raised.

But I am convinced that taking drugs to lower cholesterol wihout identifying and dealing with the actual cause is less than worthless.
