"Ma" Jarrett isn't going anywhere. Barack "Cody" Jarrett is so psychologically dependent on her that were she to become unavailable he would blow a fuze like Cagney in White Heat. He would become so unstable that he then be the most dangerous person on earth. Sec.4 of the 25th Amendment would have to be invoked.
