The University of Minnesota Duluth will begin offering a minor in LGBTQ studies so that students can be better prepared for life in “an increasingly diverse society.”
To complete the minor, students will have to take classes such as “An Introduction to LGBTQ” (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer), “Queer Theory,” “Queer Media,” “Queer Cinema in International Perspective” and “History of the Homosexual Rights,” Campus Reform reported.
“This minor will prepare students for life,” Gesa Zinn, head of the Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies Department, told Campus Reform. ” ‘The job’ the LGBTQ minor prepares students for is to understand and embrace all members of an increasingly diverse society.”

Prepare them to be either: poor, on welfare, or a community agitator. Maybe all 3.
Even in Sodom and Gomorrah, they never held classes to instruct the novitiates in they ways of perversion. On the job training, happenstance and maybe just flukes of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, but NEVER rote academic brainwashing into its ways.

Wait, wait, wait. Aren't lesbians gay? And aren't lesbians and gays (I'm assuming male homosexuals) usually considered to be queer?
Now it's all too confusing. Or is 'queer' meant to refer to people who walk down the city streets muttering to themselves and picking their noses? Some clarification is needed.
