Assuming just for the sake of argument that W did plant the seed for ISIS . . . Obama watered and nurtured them and made sure that they were safely born. I’ll not soon forget the pictures of ISIS fighters marching side by side down a main roadway - why did not Nobama blow them away then - it would have been so easy.

Im sort of kidding around, but on the political groups on facebook thats exactly what some of the liberals are now saying. “Reagan is the founding father of al qaeda and isis” is one example of many.
