State Department Has ‘No Record’ Of Clinton Signing Separation Statement [VIDEO]

State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Tuesday the agency is “fairly certain” that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not sign a separation statement upon her departure from Foggy Bottom.

“We don’t have record of it,” Psaki admitted.

“Can you put to rest the questions that you have not been able to answer to this point about former Secretary Clinton, whether she signed this separation form or not?” asked The Associated Press’ Matt Lee.

“Well, we have reviewed Secretary Clinton’s official personal file and administrative files and do not have any record of her signing any of the 0F-109,” Psaki said.

Psaki added that they also could not find forms signed by Clinton’s predecessors Condoleezza Rice and Colin Powell either.

“So, when you say that you do not have any record of her signing it, does that mean that there is no such document with her signature on it in the file?” Lee followed up.

“That we have found access to? Yes,” Psaki said.

“I believe you are correct on the forms. Seems that this form was put in place after the others and before Hillary.”

I have a hard time believing that. The Federal Government always has forms to sign and oaths to take. I’m sure Rice and Powell had to sign something or take an oath for their jobs.

It sounds like they are parsing everything. Remember the FBI files of all the Congressmen that were turned over to the Clintons. They never did investigate that properly. The Clintons said it was a mistake and claimed no one asked for the files. The files just showed up.

If worst comes to worst, they can just deny that she ever worked at the state department.

“An unelected clerk in Hawaii has seen it, though, and will say that should be good enough for the doubters.”

But at the moment, she’s on an inter-island flight that’s not scheduled to make it to it’s destination! The Maui Coroner is waiting to do all three of the conflicting autopsies.

That’s OK. Let her sign one now. Then we’ll go looking... for a form fitting orange jumpsuit.

Does not matter.

You have to sign one to be given access to classified information on the front end.

The one at the end is just to double down for effect and for the protection of the person leaving. It provides a clear cut-off of when you had access. Mrs. C. is now liable for any thing classified she learned after she left state.

Any classified information on her private, non-secure server is a violation of federal law. Not that it matters any more.

These folks are exceptional liars.

And that would be part of the delay...looking at other past SOSs to make an invalid comparison.

I should have clarified, it was the best thing SHE could have done. For her own benefit.

I think she is evil incarnate.

Not signing it can also be taken as she is admitting to having information which she should have turned in.

Lower left hand corner...12 FAM 564 EXHIBIT 564.4 FORM OF-109, SEPARATION STATEMENT
UF-109
06-2005

Condoleezza Rice - U.S. Secretary of State (2005-09)
Colin Powell - U.S. Secretary of State (2001 - 2005)

Powell wouldn't have to sign one at all. Was there another form for him at that time?

This all goes into the..."everybody did it"...meme.

Thought we should put information from the state department here.

Here’s the form itself:
http://www.gsa.gov/portal/forms/download/115326

Here’s the info on getting a Personal State Department ID and where the Form 109 is sent after it is signed:

http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/121534.pdf
DOS PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD RETURN PROCEDURES
A. Government employee assigned to the Washington metropolitan area
1. Employees must execute the checkout sheet provided by the Executive Office — Personnel Section of their assigned Bureau. Upon completion of the checkout sheet, the Bureau Executive Office will take possession of the employee’s DoS Personal ID Card. The Executive Office will have the employee sign a Separation Statement (OF-109) in their presence. The Executive Office will then attach the DoS Personal ID Card to the OF-109 and forward them to the Program Manager, DS Office of Domestic Operations, Security Support Division, Systems Operations Branch (DS/DO/DFP/SO), Main State, Room B237, telephone 202-647-4418. The Executive Office must forward the DoS Personal ID Card in an expeditious manner to ensure the card is properly read out of the automated system.”
